Welcome to Sync Planner, a task management application provided by MushyP. These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and MushyP. By accessing or using Sync Planner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Sync Planner provides a task management service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to abide by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Sync Planner.
In order to use certain features of Sync Planner, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
You agree to use Sync Planner in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you create, share, or upload, and you must not violate the rights of others or engage in any unlawful activities.

Sync Planner may offer premium features or subscriptions that require payment. Payments for such features will be processed through Google Play. By making a purchase through Google Play, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play Payment Policies.
Payments made through Google Play are subject to the Google Play Refund Policy. Users should review and adhere to the Google Play Refund Policy for information regarding refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
MushyP reserves the right to modify or terminate Sync Planner at any time. We may also update or change these terms, and any such changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of Sync Planner after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
MushyP may terminate or suspend your account and access to Sync Planner at its discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.
